Delete your Jelly Stack account

In the game (quickest)

1. Open Jelly Stack and tap Battle, then Friends.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the Friends screen.
3. Type your password to confirm and tap Delete forever.

This happens straight away.

If you can't open the game or forgot your password

Email jellystacksupport@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Jelly Stack account" and your username. We will verify it is you and delete the account, normally within 30 days. You can also use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen to get back in and delete it yourself.

What is deleted

• Your login (email and password).
• Your username, which becomes free for someone else to use.
• Your profile, friends list, friend requests and battle invitations, on both your side and your friends' side.

What is not affected

• Your progress, coins and settings are stored on your phone, not on our servers. They stay until you clear the game's data or uninstall it.
• Purchases you made through Google Play or the App Store are handled by those stores. Contact them about refunds.
• Copies in routine backups and in crash reports may take up to 30 days to disappear completely.
