Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Kelastudios ("we", "us") about your use of the Jelly Stack game. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Using the game
- We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on your own devices.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game, or use it in a way the stores or the law do not allow.
- The game is provided for players who are 13 or older. If you are under 16 (or the age of majority where you live), get a parent or guardian's permission before making an account or buying anything.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
- Your username must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretend to be someone else or our staff. We may change or remove usernames that break these rules.
- You can delete your account at any time in the game (see how).
3. Playing fairly
Don't cheat or exploit bugs, use bots or modified versions of the game, harass other players, send spam or abusive friend requests or invitations, or try to disrupt our services. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
4. Virtual items and purchases
- Coins, stars, boosters and similar items are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Purchases (for example "Remove Ads") are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and refund rules. We cannot refund purchases ourselves, but your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
- Prices, features and the availability of virtual items may change.
5. Ads
The game shows ads. Watching an optional reward ad may give you a reward, such as coins. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for what they promote.
6. Our content
The game, its art, sound, levels and code belong to Kelastudios or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may share screenshots and videos of your gameplay.
7. Changes and ending
We may update the game, change or remove features, or stop the service, and we may update these terms. If we change them in a way that matters, we will tell you in the game or on this page. You can stop using the game at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying for its resupply.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Australian state or territory where Kelastudios is based, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
